We recently went vegan so I needed a cookbook that could help me along the way. I wanted delicious, easy to make meals that are healthy and kid friendly. I was amazed at how many recipes this book contains. It’s packed full of delicious recipes and tons of pictures. I love how bright and bold the pictures are. The recipes are clearly written and easy to follow. The book is broken down into segments depending on what type of recipe you’re looking for. It also contains a section of noteworthy ingredients, which is great for those that are new to the vegan lifestyle. I highly recommend this book!
